I am not asking for my money back, that would just be asinine. The point was, he admits it's never worked right, but still expects everyone to hand over 25 to 40 dollars for what equates to a small update and a patch. I've bought other games that didn't work as they should have and been disappointed. Those games, however, never came out and said it was broken. They just closed up shop or got bought out by someone else. They generally didn't make the same game 3 years in a row with the same exact bug (mainly because they were out of business).
But you know, whatever it takes for the fanboys around here to steer away from the real issues at hand.

Don't know that I'd say one bug makes a game 'broken'. Not that I'd say there's only one bug, but even a handful of bugs wouldn't make the game 'broken'. It's not as though the game is unplayable or anything. Far from it. There are very very few crashes (think I've only had one in hundreds of hours of playing), and nothing that keeps someone from completely enjoying the game.
My guess is that when Markus says that it now plays 'as advertised' he means it plays like it was intended to be. Which is what the case is when any bug is fixed.
