One reason is because of the paucity of screenshots for this version of OOTP 9. Maybe we can sneak out some screenshots of new stuff. Secondly, I am trying to get it OK'd to post a decade of HTML history reports of the league for public review before release.
So far, I have counted on the enthusiasts to pipe up, and the detractors to move along.
