Yep, that's how I understand that. Of course, wanting a fun simulation rather than a brain-bending exercise in agony precluded any of these complexities in the RtWH2008. Having the primary go one way while the caucus went the other was bad enough (and oh so true to life, as it turns out).

I always liked the breakdown of the vote rather than winner take all in the primaries, that is until now. I never did, however, cotton to the idea of superdelegates. I think the only individuals in favor of such shenanigans are the people who in yesterday's world sat in smoke filled rooms playing poker with the American electorate.

And that's about as close to "real" politics as I plan to venture in this thread...not wishing to create yet ANOTHER area of OOTP I'd want to avoid...
