Hunter had only a handful of really good seasons, he was pretty much average the rest of the time. Of course, Ryan was maddeningly inconsistent as well, but nobody was better than him back then when he was on.

It came down to Seaver, Carlton and Ryan for me. My head says Seaver and Carlton, my heart says Seaver and Ryan. I went with Tom Terrific and Carlton for the right-left punch, ultimately.
