Just because there are no replies doesn't mean no one is reading. When I did a search for webhosts this thread was one of the first (maybe it was the first, I forget) that came up so if any threads were being read on the topic this would likely be one of them. Anyway, I just wanted to see if you could explain the problems you encountered and you did, so thanks. I'm sorry to hear you had a difficult time. Hopefully you got your money back.
