No problem, my pleasure. Reread what I said, though, particularly "there is a hint in the order in which it's 'Managing/Coaching' for Handle ratings and 'Coaching/Managing' for Teach ratings." It's a blend, but you have the right idea about what is
most important for whom, in my opinion.
