I tried simming this league in OOTP 2007, and I don't come up with any crashes. Of note, your game files are dated early January, so any number of things could happen between then and June 1st.
Can you try simming ahead that far once again for me, please? If that doesn't work, could you try uninstalling and reinstalling OOTP 2007, then simming again?
