The average attendance works IF the league's stadiums are set to near that number. I'm not so sure it isnt working properly.
It wouldn't take that long to edit the capacities of the stadiums, IMO.
Actually, a beer league would only play on a couple fields, so why not edit a few fields and then randomly assign them to the league's teams?
