I've pre-ordered the new release, and wondering if either of these have been handled since 6.51:

1 - Trying to steal a base. It's maddening to get the sense that baserunners are ignoring my signs, maybe 90% of the time. My team is 14th of 16 in the league in stolen bases, not for lack of trying. Has this been adjusted?

2 - I've never seen the AI manager bring on a pinch-hitter after I've made a pitching change in the middle of an inning. Is this, or will this be handled?
