APSL is a new league using OOTP 6.51 with 2008 rosters.

We will be starting with off-season free agency. Guys like A-Rod, Smoltz, Oswalt, Bonds, etc..etc are all on the market.

Don't need the game, you can control your team through the boards.

Currently have 17 GMs. Wide variety of teams still available, so check it out.
