Results so far:
- Do away with the conference structure and just have 6 divisions, vote is 9-7 to can the conferences.
- Use overall prime rating for cap purposes until a fighter reaches post-prime and then use the 2.5 game ratings. 18-1 in favor of using the prime rating.
- Can the minor league system. 14-2 in favor of the canning.
- Give 3 points for a uni. dec. 12-5 in favor of doing so.
There will be a proposal on the board in a few days asking for a tweaking in the scoring system since it looks like the 3 point uni. dec. will carry. I've seen it and I think it is a good idea.
If we end up with 6 divisions, we'll let the 6 division winners and 2 wild card teams into the playoffs. Also, I'd like to stick with a 10 or 12 week game schedule. We will need to decide if we still want to have 2 divisional match-ups during the course of a season and also see what will work best for Dan our schedule maker in this regard.
Do you guys want to come up with 6 names for our divisions instead of what we have (geographical based)?
