There are 5 total fighters joining the fray.

1971 - 0 DB, 1 non DB
1972 - 0 DB, 1 non DB
1973 - 1 DB, 0 non DB

No notables.

I like to have 10 to start so I will probably add 5 RFG's. I will generate 10, then throw out the 3 highest rated and the 2 lowest rated.
