Totally agree with you.

I also would love to see the funtion/option where you can characterize the players from the certain country/area, to make it more realistic.

The level of the Japanese baseball may be equivalent to that of Cuban baseball IMO. However, the character of the typical players from two countries are totally defferent.

Cuba: Tend to develop more hitters with power, more pitchers with velocity/movement (comparing to Japan)
Japan: Tend to develop more hitters with better eyes, better patience, better bunting skill, more pitchers with better pitch command (comparing to Cuba)

* Above are just my instant thoughts, and I know it could be nonsense to determine the character of the ball players by their countries. However I think it is great if we could somehow have the option to set them up.
