i recently purchased ootp8. after downloading and installing, i tried to start the game up, but couldn't get any farther than the title screen (with the small stopwatch) before the game crashed.

i did a quick forum search, and i found someone with a similar problem that no-one actually helped - i hope some progress has been made since then.

i have a macbook intel core duo, and i am running mac os x tiger 10.4.11. i assume because i just bought the game, it is patched.

please help me with this issue. thank you for your time.
