Nultaw, I'm going to have to regretfully recommend that you close this thread. The owner who initiated this post is having trouble gaining internet access and I've been unsuccessful in getting him over here to respond. As of yesterday he went on vacation for the week, so that will delay things even further. It's not fair to ask you to keep this open during that time. If I'm able to get more information from him I'll create a new post; until then, go ahead and shut it down. It's a shame... I was really hoping to get this issue resolved once and for all!
