Minor league/foreign/negro league stats are neutralized to the major league run environment of each particular year. Major league stats are left as real life.
I can use it as the base set and run it through the Garlon/Spritze 750 run neutralizer. I built that so any Lahman compatable set can be neutered.
As it stands now it is un-neutrered at the major league level.
