I looked at three (and only three) non-hispanic named coaches that had duplicates in the coach listing: Andre Isberg, Hackett Mallenbrandt, and Dave Collins.
All three names were also listed as ex-players. That's 3 out of 3.
It looks like the problem that existed in 07/08 exists in the upcoming version too.
(A problem also seems to exist with the name "Takahashi": 5 coaches had this last name and so too did a couple of players (one of which, I think, became a coach). I'm not sure of the frequency of this name but this seems a really high number for one particular name).
