We are only able to have 40 different name databases. However there are well over 40 countries and languages. I believe a decision was made by the volunteers who compiled the names to make those countries English because they are 1) not big baseball-playing countries and 2) an "assumption" was made that those from those countries would be American ex-pats living in that country. I wish that 40 name database limit was relaxed so that we could have an unlimited number of names, but it is what it is.
