So, if anyone is interested, I've attached my modified weather.txt file that has all North American cities weather data modified to have Florida/Arizona type weather in spring training (assuming spring training occurs in March in your league). I did not get so specific as to assign actual spring training sites to actual big league cities, I merely improved the weather for the month of March for all North American cities to reflect generic Arizona/Florida type weather.

I thought I'd put it here in case anyone else is interested and always hated the way spring training games were played in 20 and 30 degree weather. If you're interested just place this in your MyDocuments\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 8\data\database\ folder, replacing the existing weather.txt file. As always, you should make a backup of your current weather.txt file first.

If you'd like the changes to take affect on a league you've already started, you will need to go to League Options>Edit Ballparks and select a ballpark and click on the Weather tab and click on Reimport Weather Database. It will automatically take affect on any new leagues you create.
Will I have to do this for every ballpark?
