I see a point behind them, but I kind of doubt anyone would use them except for strictly current and then RFG universes. It would mess with the aging.
That said there will need to be a starting point with records intact for the TBCB3 RPG version, whether you are using real or fictional fighters.
There would need to be a csv database made up to where you could import a year and their record would be intact up to that point. That sounds like a lengthy project for someone. I doubt TBCB3 will be out anytime soon so someone with the knowledge could work on it. Unfortunately I have no idea how to do something like that.
