Has Cotto/Margarito been signed yet? Last I heard there were some issues in regards to the contract.

Floyd probably looks at a rematch with DLH as a "been there, done that" type of situation. He already beat Oscar pretty convincingly in the first fight but almost got shafted by the judges. A second fight would only make a crooked decision against PBF much greater because it's pretty obvious DLH would do anything at this point to "avenge" his loss.
