Top of the 15th, tie game, my reliever (Hale) gets the third out but is injured during the play.

The game forces me to replace him between innings before I can bat. His slot is scheduled to bat fourth, so I elect to do a double switch, so that my new pitcher (Hood) won't bat in the bottom of the 15th. (I didn't just put a pinch hitter in, because he may not have had a chance to bat if it's a 1-2-3 inning.)

So.....the third batter hits a walk off homer to win the game. When I check the box score, Hood gets the win, although he didn't even throw a pitch?

Is that correct? Seems to me Hale should have the win.
