I would like to have sub-leagues with an odd number of teams in it. For example, the current MLB setup of 14 teams in one league and 16 teams in another league is stupid. This creates the problem of having one division with four teams and another with six teams. This is very unfair. I've always wanted to take Houston out of the NL Central and move them to the AL West. This would make both leagues have 15 teams. With this setup, you would have to have at least one interleague series every week, but there is really no problem with that, IMO.
