I've run a simulation, and I need to do some tweaking of the settings. I ended up with most players not making it to the majors. In fact, only one hitter and one pitcher made it to the bigs from high school over a 20-year span, out of 1,041 players who went to high school. I'm going to adjust the aging speed to see if that helps the inclusion rate.
