So basically, on a 1-20 scale, pitchers with less then 10 actually perform *worse* then their ratings would indicate in a starting role, whereas anyone with a 10+ rating, the endurance rating just effects how many pitches they can throw before their tired?
I assume endurance still effects relief pitcher too, right? I could get more work out of a reliever with a 9 then a 2? Maybe?
