Something that has bugged me in OOTP 2007 is that hot/cold streaks seem to be calculated at each level independently. Stands to reason, that a hot player in AA is probably going to remain a hot player in AAA for at least a little while until he regresses back to normal.
Was that cosmetic only or has that been changed or not in OOTP 9.
