I am starting an OOTP9 league called the World Baseball League (WBL). My experience in online baseball league is now between 10-12 years and I very excited about the new game release. There is not much to do game-wise yet since the game has not been released, but the owners and myself will spend the first few days discussing some of the league rules and procedures.
