Doesn´t mods work with neutralized version of OOTP9 WHY ???

If you start a historical dynasty with Lahmanns DB (and has done some smaller adding of new players) shouldn´t that work ????

What is the basis that OOTP9 build their historical dynasties on.
Have Lahmanns original DB being doctored with by Markus ???

I thought that all historical stats came "clean" and untouched from Lahmann THEN with a math algorith recalculated based on park-adjusted and neutralized mathematics.... a formula used on true stats.

ISN´T THIS SO ?????
