This is why I really think OOTP needs a "chance to reach potential" rating. There are guys that are bigger risks than others, and at the present a guy like, say, Fabio Castillo (real high potential, real high flameout risk) is equal with, say, Tim Alderson (real high potential, low flameout risk).
