I tried it too and had the same issue. the problem is that all the generated players are average or under average players, so all them are signed at league minimum after the inaugural draft.

Check your top players list, none of them has a contact/power/stuff/control etc over 10 (on a 1-20 scale).

The option to fill teams with fictional players just fills them with scrubs, there is no way to generate an standard quallity draft pool unless you start a new fictional league from scratch (unless i'm not finding how after an hour trying).

I'm here as customer and not representing the company i work for, just to make it clear that i'm not trying to bash Markus product, that I love, but to express a problem i have as customer. (Yeah i know Markus and team know it, but to avoid anybody thinking bad).
