I've been simming with your settings with the Fictional ABA QS from PadreFan's site. I've been very impressed with the QS and with the results. It's been a great switch after the frustration I've had with historical player creation. I bumped up the SB to 1.0, just personal preference. The season high has been 106. The league leader is typically 50-70, I've been happy with that. I had to bump up the HR to .9. I was having too many 15-20 HR leaders with your setting. I've had 1 63 HR season, about 5 in 50's, and the leader is typically mid 40's.

I'd still like to see more mid-grade pitchers generated, but this is very playable...far better than the results with historical PCM's taking over. For example, in this year's draft, I have 6 80/80 prospects, a 46, a 33, and everyone else is 20's. It's typical for me, a couple 80's, a lot of 20's and very little in between. Is this fixable, without creating too many 70+?
