I've been having this exact same problem. I copied my league file and renamed it. worked for one season and crashes again at jan 1. i dont have player pictures on either and my system is more than enough to support anything ootp could throw at me

also, scouting and coaches are off

one more thing. it happens to me after "OSA scouting players" gets tp 100%
