Loving the updated OOTP 9 but I do have two questions hoping someone can answer.

1) When having an inaugural draft is there any way to see the contracts of the players when drafting. I just did a draft and my salary is over the 100 mil mark and I wanted to keep it down to the 70 mil mark.

2) Scouts off it seems like the overall rating for a player changes dramaticly thru out the season. Any reason for this? An example is Cliff Lee - overall rating was 40 and potential was 70. A couple weeks in the season his overall dropped to 20 and potential dropped to 20.

Any thoughts?
