I would agree that they are the weakest, but it is really no falt to the developers. Finances are something hard to fully comprehend into a sports game without playing out market factors and all that (which it partially does).
I just hope it is possible to institute my suggested feature, as to add realism and a better "storyline" if you will for having an overlooked guy making the bigs. (By the way, a Frontier League alum made his debut for the Yankees, Justin Christian went 2-4 with 2 RBI. He played for River City in 2003 and part of 2004.)
