Is it in the game that in MacAfee (Oakland) they hit LOTS more FOUL OUT than in "tighter" ballparks
I hope this is what park-adjusted means, and not only in the imported stats.
I havenīt "visited" McAfee or Yankee to see if the game call many more Foul Outs..
If this doesnīt work perhaps the Ball-animation of foul balls must be looked at.

I'm assuming that since the game knows HHH is a Dome, that the weather is not a factor. Are you seeing the weather being mentioned in the PbP?
Regarding foul territory in the ballparks, no, this is not in OOTP.
