Please please please fix this. The Foreign player limit should apply to the entire organization...or at least we should have this option or the option to set limits for associated minor leagues as well. Or somehow improve the AI so that moderate foreign players do not sit in the Minors or on Reserve Rosters. Just doesn't seem right or realistic.
