No doubt about it. But despite my frustrations in the past with this game, I will definitely admit that this years quickstart was much better then the one from 8. But, I've also learned my lessons when it comes to trying to add on from pre-existing sources, such as the quickstart, and templates. Quickstarts and templates not made from your own system are recipes for OOTP crashing anarchy.
It's best to just use the pre-designed leagues.
