But, there is actually some evidence he's getting better with age/weight, so I'm not sure. His offensive package is much more diverse than it once was . . ultimately I guess this is an issue that will need to be setlled by time.
My reason for thinking about this: About 75 fighters have been given an OR-12 rating (I have 75, could be a couple more depending on where you default guys I guess, but I haven't looked all that closely) . . is Manny part of the best 76-80 fighters of all-time? He's pretty close . . again, may need the perspective of a couple more years.

Great points! Yeah perspective of time will/would help but this may be a 1 fight pit stop @ 135 on his way to meet Hatton @ 140. Hard to believe this guy started out @ flyweight because he looked so good, solid @ 135.
