I have additional information -- I started playing again with the same data set, and it seems that the exact moment when it resets all my L/R splits to the same is when it creates the draft pool in May. Day before, everything's normal. Hit Finish Today, it creates the new draft pool, and suddenly all L/R splits are identical.
