The Monarchs were able to save their ace Cameron Boden for game seven and he came up roses for them. Bob Maitland put on a gallant effort, not yielding a hit until the 7th inning, but in the end it's pretty hard to win when your team can't score. He ends the playoffs with a 2-3 record for the Mounted Baseballists.
