yoyoma, it depends on what version of Excel you're using. (Or if you're even using Excel) With 2007, you can highlight the text you want to sort, click on the "Data" ribbon menu, and click on Sort, which brings up a box that allows you to sort by any row you want. The default sort that I'm using has two levels (one to sort by teams, and one to sort by rankings within teams). If this doesn't answer your question, or you still don't know how to sort, I'll send you step by step instructions.
