Patching up to the Most Recent Version (PC)

To patch your version of OOTP 9 up to the latest version, you have two choices:

Download the full version of the game, and just install it over your current version. This will not uninstall any custom files, such as saved games, nor will it affect your license. Still, it never hurts to back up your important files before performing any sort of upgrade!
Replace just the main executable file, using the links and instructions below, but without receiving the updates to the Major League file.

When I click the link, I get
Not Found

So what's up? How do I get the patch then?
