I tried it again with the latest patch and I get the same results. Again, this happens every time I do the following.

1) Start new MLB league
2) Select to manage Pirates
3) Put manager on vacation
4) Sim to all-star game
5) Fire existing manager
6) Hire new manager from available list
7) Sim to end of regular season
8) Open up personel screen and look at his record
9) On the detail line, lists the manager's record, but the winning percentage reflects the entire team for the year, not just the manager's half year. However, the summary line (totals) does reflect his correct winning percentage for his half of the year.

Let me know if I can provide anything else, but does appear to be very repeatable.
