I see your point, but that's not the SP to C ratio I'd shoot for. I was getting 1.6:1, I think 3:1 or even 4:1 would be more appropriate.
Maybe my expectations are way off, but I'd hope to see some where around 2 SP prospects per team > 1.5 stars. I got .4.
