1. I'm not your hope here. You should either post it in support in hopes of getting a BugZilla number, use the PCMs to give you more pitching talent, or generate players for a bunch more rounds.
Besides that, I don't see it as a big problem. There's an appropriate level of pitching talent coming into the league each year at default levels, and the individual skill sets of the pitchers show a wide and appropriate variety in the later rounds. Just because one little star or 20-80 number rating isn't the way you think it should be doesn't mean the system is broken.
