1. I own an iMAC and so I purchased the OOTP 9 game for that platform. SOme of the roster sets are "buggy" on MAC and I was surprized to see that I would have to ALSO purchase a PC version of the game! Technically the game is only residing on one computer........but to take full advantage of ALL the mods out there I bit the bullet and also purchased the PC version. So now I am out roughly $50 bucks for what should be a $30 game. Like I said, just doesn't seem fair.

2. 1 week after purchasing the PC version at FULL PRICE, a special offer is extended for the all star break!

Can anything be done?
I bought the game last week too but I am not going to cry about this ten dollar off special. The game is worth every penny I spent on it so if Marcus can sell more games then I say, good for him. The more people we have in this community, they better it is for us all. Some of the new people might be modders at some point and enrich the game even more, plus this makes Marcus and his team here keep even more aware of the small problems with the game and fix them in a timely manner.

So, complaining about this is kind of a waste of time. You bought the game because you wanted it, at the price it was, or you wouldn't have bought it at all in the first place. So, we bought it a week too soon. I am sure this was a sudden decision on Marcus' part and those of us who bought it last week or the day before just missed out on it. That's all there is to it. Sitting there complaining about it is kind of a waste of time, in my opinion.

Hope you sell a lot of the games at that price Marcus. I think you deserve all you can sell at that price. I love the game for any price.
