Yep first post will almost always have the latest file.
Planning on releasing something tonight that's very incomplete from the final (just Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston done with what I was mentioning earlier) but with the development turned back on so there's no problems. You should also be able to get an idea of what the final set will look like based on their AA and prospects.
