I've come across them. The jump in volume is so bad for me, that I don't even play games out anymore.
I also don't use FaceGen for fear of my game crashing. It would be cool if I could use both these features though. I hope the "Save Game" crashes will be fixed, but I haven't really seen any responses to this problem, other than "Please patch to version 9.1.2", which I didn't have any crashes till I did patch to 9.1.2.
