Sorry for taking so long to reply. I almost missed your post!
I am using Icy's Quickstart for OOTP 8. I has all of the correct team names and colours as well as full minors and a 144 NCAA College feeder league. You just have to make a couple of modifications when you are setting up the league. All of the cities that have multiple teams ie. Ney York. You have to remove the (A) from New York (A) Yankees in the 'Names & Affiliations' section. Than go to each of these team and update their team logo and will put the correct picture.
This template is availiable on Padres Fan's Website and I think it is very good.
