In my current franchise, I'm running the Yanks. It's almost the trade deadline in 2010 and I'm looking to see who's available. I'm stumped. He doesn't have a OF rating at all and has 1B/SS ratings which he doesn't have in this set. Not sure how that could happen.
Let me try some tests tonight to see if anything like that happens to me, could just be a freak thing.
EDIT: Are you sure you're using my set? I'm looking at Soriano weighing 180 pounds in mine, not 188 like on that roster screen (unless players can gain weight?)
